• All orders placed online through the website will be custom made to order and as such are non refundable in the case or order errors or mistakes by the customer. 

• Gym Cables Australia aims to make up all orders within 3 business days, however due to the nature of supplying custom made products there may be a slight delay from time to time in the completion of your custom product. If the delay is likely to be longer than 10 business days from the time of payment, Gym Cables will contact the customer and the customer has the right to request a refund on their order.

• On the off chance a cable has been mis-manufactured by Gym Cables, differing to the order placed, Gym Cables reserves the right to rectify the situation by manufacturing a replacement cable within a reasonable time frame.

• Gym cables will provide a full refund to any customer who received a replacement cable that was mis-manufactured and Gym Cables was unable to rectify the situation with a new cable within a reasonable timeframe.

• Gym Cables Australia is not responsible for National and International shipping delays when shipping cables to customers.

• If a customer places an email or phone order, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and requirements and so long as the cable is made to these specifications, no refund will be provided.

• Gym Cables Australia allows a 5mm tolerance on all cable lengths

• Gym Cables Australia allows a 5mm tolerance on any cable end fittings.

• Gym Cables Australia will not be responsible for any damage that occurs to your cable as the result of incorrect fitment to the machine or lack of general preventative maintenance such as lubrication and pulley adjustment.

• Gym Cable reserves the right to reject an order that is placed by the customer sending Gym cables the original cables in order to make a duplicate if the original cables are in a condition not suitable for accurate replication or any other issue is identified which makes the replication of an original cable not possible.

• Gym Cables is not responsible for the return postage costs of an original cable to be returned to the customer if it is not suitable for replication.
